40 Marauders (These can be Nurgle if I want to stay strictly Tzeentch/Nurgle)

5 Chaos Knights (Lord here)
-Banner of Rage
Firstly, try and squeaze the Mark of Tzeentch on him. A 3+ Ward is just silly. Secondly don't buy a mundane shield for your Lord. Buy him the Charmed Shield. It's 5pts cheaper than your mundane shield and does more.
BSB looks fine. Armour of Morrsleib is something you don't see very often. Otherwise he's looking good.
Sorcerers: Be wary about placing sorcerers in units. They can be very explosive now and it will make you cry if your wizard miscasts and you have to place a large str10 template over your unit. Boom.
Marauders are fine.
Nurgle Warriors could do with Halberds. Something with a little extra 'bite'. I'd also see if you can make the units 18. That extra few attacks comes in very handy and means you'll hack your way through the inevitable hordes well vertainly be up against.
If you're looking for points consider dropping the Unit Champions. They're expensive for just one attack.
Look fine to me! If you need points Drop Tzeentch on the Warshrine. 20pts is alot for +1 Ward when it's already got a 4+!
Marauders could use some great weapons instead of flails. Dont worry about casualties because you take them from the back of the unit, so everyone that can will be able to strike back. But this unit have to be effective in a prolonged combat, and the flail falls short there.
Our average marauder is both cheaper and better than most armies comparable units. An Empire Greatsword cost 10 points. We get the same, bar Stubborn, for half the price. So we can field an army of "greatswords" extremely cheap and in units big enough to grant Stubborn.
Also on the topic of placing wizards in units. Our charaters HAVE to challenge. So if you're unlucky your sorcerers will go toe-to-toe against dedicated combat heroes/lords and die horribly.

"The more choices you force the opponent to make, the better the chance for you to capitalize on his mistakes"
Do bear in mind that templates fricking hurt now. 50 marauders got wiped out in 2 turns by empire artillery (ok, so he did have 3 mortars and 2 hellstorms ). I'm not at all convinced that horde is the way to go yey
Good points guys!
I guess I could throw the Nurgle sorcerer on a horse to patrol around on his own (but I just freakin' love the foot Nurgle Sorcerer model!). I was thinking the Infernal Puppet can keep the large templates away from the unit in case of miscast. The Tzeentch sorcerer is on a disc so no concerns there.
I debated back and forth on the weapons for the Marauders. I guess I was scared to lose big chunks of Marauders each turn because they were striking last.
Is the "Charmed Shield" an 8th edition new item? I haven't seen that yet. What does it do?
