I'm pretty mew to WHFB but after reading the armybook i came up whit a slaanish army, so what do you think would it work?
MoS, Biting Blade, Enchanted shield
Chaos Warriors x15
MoS, Shields (hero joins)

to be honest the list looks fine for these sized points. The only thing I'd reconsider is the Spawn. He's expensive, slow and not greatly useful. I'd ditch him and get something else. 75pts is alot and can be spent to boost your Marauder unit, get another Horseman unit or add some bits and bobs to your Exalted.
I'd also grab standards for your Warrior and Marauder units. There's a mission which requires you to have banners and your General to be alive to win basically. As you have no banners you're relying on your hero to stay alive to win.
Other than that i'd grab halberds for your warrior unit as well as the shields. str4 is mediocre and wont get the kills you need to win combat.
Might just be me but i wuld consider this a 2-hand weapon, but im "new" to the game so might be wrong...
Other than that i think the army looks nice and well rounded for its points.

Yes, you can. But you can not use them both at the same time. Shields are great for boosting your protection against shooting until you get into close combat, but then you have to choose between halberd or hand weapon and shield.
Apart from that, it's nice to see some new Chaos players. I think that we're not as good with the new army book, having lost Furies, Screamers and the option to take Beastmen as well, but I guess we just have to live with that. Welcome

I make that to 610 points any ideas what to do whit the rest 140 points maybe a chariot??
PS. I don't realy like halebairds mostley becaus i don't know where to get them...

I don't really agree with Lord Borak on the Spawn. I don't have the latest edition of the rulebook since I'm focusing on my Imperial Guard army right now so someone has to verify that what I'm suggesting is still valid. Spawns are good if you take them in pairs and put them on the flanks (two Spawns on each flank that is). Being two they make up for their random movement and since they're unbreakable you're opponent will have a hard time outflanking you.
Also, I don't think it's necessary to take 15 Warriors (again, I don't own the latest edition). 12 is enough, in two ranks. This way you can bring 6 models into combat and you won't take as many casualties to enemy cannons, which has been a big problem for me. You lose +1 in combat resolution but these guys don't really need it, 13 S5 attacks will usually do the trick. Besides, it'll save you a few points.
Just some quick passing thoughts. With the halberd and shield setup my understanding was that now if you took a weapon upgrade for a squad, i.e. you have to pay for it over and above the standard hand weapon, then you have to use that in combat. Think that the option of choosing has now been removed. You will still get the bonus from the shield against shooting but you will be unable to use it in combat.
For making halberds there are the ones from GW or it's possible to convert as well using the knight lances. Thats what I'm trying for mine at the moment. There are some rather good convertions floating around out there. If I have the time will try and point you in the dircetion of some of them.
Not really sure about the spawn but one thing I would say is that I don't think he really has the points to be considering a pair of spawn on each flank. That might be something you want to do at higher points if you felt like it but you would probably be able to find better options from the book. At this point level I agree with Borak that there are better things to do with those points.
