    some comments;
    - With 2 Warshrines and the chosen, i would try and fit in FotG on either the chosen or a character that will join the chosen. The +1/-1 might just get you the 1 T/A or 4+ ward and stubborn that you really want. If you add in this item and are afraid for magic its easier to roll for magic resitance as well.
    - You could switch the sorcerer lord for a level 2. If you really want 3 spells from him, you can add a 15 point spell familiair. With the points saved, you could equip a dispell scroll for some extra magic defense
    - The chosen unit seems a bit like a bullet/arrow magnet, you could swap the banner of swiftness for the one that gives you a 5+ (4+) ward save against shooting (can't come up with the name)

    I am taking the collar of khorne on the champ because it grants him a 5+ ward save against magic, and the unit MR2, so i don't have to roll the MR, and the chosen unit is a bullet magnet, but Getting into combat is more important then surviving two rounds of shooting im going to take casualties, but thank you for your input

    The collar of khorne does you no good if you roll an 8 on their first roll.

    I like everything but the bsb and chosen. They'll do good, but they could be better and this is all about being an ard boy. A bsb with a magical banner and the compulsion to challenge everything he sees will be a dead BSB fairly quickly.

    That is true on both accounts, so suggestions for my BSB's load out?, and what i might do instead of the chosen drop em out completly and take five unit's of twenty strong marauders with flails 100 points a unit
