If you want to make sure you get infernal gateway, just grab a spell familiar with your lvl 4 and let the lvl 2 carry the scroll instead. Then you'll have like a 97% chance of getting Gateway when you roll (because of the fact that you can choose for doubles).
Blasted standard will be redundant on the chosen once they get the result they aim for on the eye of the gods table. Maybe switch it for Banner of Rage?

I took your advise and took the infernal puppet on the level 2. I want gateway on the level 4 but it really doesnt matter that much besides the +2 to cast. And lets be honest tzeetch magic really not really good except gateway. So if there is an enemy level 4 with a different lore, aka LIFE hmmmmmm life, i love life...........whooops got off subject, i would rather have that. And if not I can always revert back on infernal.
But I had to change the units standard and the bsb's because of how the eye of the gods is rolled, its rolled before the battle i guess? I dont know, someone please clarify that.
I kept the blasted standard on because incase I dont get the divine, because I really dont want to place all my hope into that. And without divine and blasted they will truly have a "blasted stadard" because of all the war machines and such. So the only thing that changed so far is the puppet and for that i droped 3 marauders on both units
I'm not sure you can steal Lore of life spells. The 3rd Eye doesn't let you steal spells that heal or raise models. Seeing as every time you cast a life spell it heals 1 wound I'm pretty sure you can't steal them.
You could argue it's not the spell that's healing the wound but i think the general consensus is that you can't. Which is a shame, Lore of life on Warriors would be dirt.
Tzeentch Magic is pretty cool. Flcikering fire is awesome for what you need to cast it on. Pandemonium can make wizards go *pop* especially if you have the puppet. It also works wonders against horde armies who are generally steadfast and with a general near by can be a real problem to shift. Turning those 50 goblins from LD9 stubborn to LD5 and stubborn means they wont bog you down for ever.
Treason is another good one against elite units like Warriors or Sword Masters or any Greatweapon/halberd weilding units. It's also good for thining down hordes.
Yeah I saw that after I posted this army; it could be argued but im pretty sure your right.
