Hey all for quite a while ive been looking for a force that perhaps has a chance in defeating the opposing team in a final stand most likely a horde army and i think i may have found one

Basically I deploy in a corner with warshrines protecting the flanks of my horde of chosen giving them 3 rolls on eye of the gods and then being able to further manipulate them with the favour of the gods plus the ridiculous amount of characters allows me to issue multiple challenges and gain more combat res

ehm.. wow, yeah that should get things done all right.
Some points tho:
If you give the unit the Banner of Rage, you don't need MoK on the hero.
I would also make him BSB, and give him and the Caster some protection. Charmed shield on a caster is a great one.
Personally I would prefer Tzeentch and hope for a 11 or 12 on the EotG table.
I'm pretty sure you have to much in the Lord section.
Also there is the fact that you have 0 core.
One lucky spell can ruin your day. I'm thinking Final Transmutation, Dweller Below, Infernal Gateway etc.
There can only be one challenge per combat. Each player gets one option to issue one.
Are there special rules to this battle? esp regarding army composition?
Yeah the scenario is that i choose an army list of an amount (1750 in this case) and i have no army restrictions but my opponent gets double so it would be 3500 pts in this case just looking back at the army list as well... Ill probably take off mark of nurgle and give them tzeentch seeing as with ws6 and being so far away enemies are going to need 5 ups to hit anyways . then also your right i dont need mark of khorne so i would probably invest in a bsb dispel scroll and maybe the charmed shield as you said .. and yeah the lucky spell could ruin my day so that would be another reason to take mark of tzeentch and try and push an 11 or 12 on the eotg table .. so i get that 3 up ward save as for the challenges its not that much of a problem it just gives me more dead guys of my back
