Is there much point taking a Level 1 wizard? Only knowing one spell means you’ll have to chuck 6 dice at that spell in an attempt to get it through your opponents dispel dice. So this chap might not have the longest life expectancy going. Or was that your plan? (Remember he’s your general so worth VP) How about grabbing a Spell familiar to give you another spell? And spread those dice around. Or you could just go for an exalted champion with Tzeentch, Book of secrets, spell familiar, dragon helm and shield. He’s a lot more expensive but adds fightiness and magic.
Chosen and Warriors look ok although I’d probably grab halberds on those Warriors rather than 2 weapons. 3 str5 attacks are better than 4 str4 in most cases.
1st of all, he's mostly there due to the need for a general. We also have a lot of witchfate tors at my GW so he can get more. Nevertheless, familiar is a good idea.
For the warriors, I've already got the models and like the intimidation factor of that many attacks. And anyway, it's 2s5 for halberds unless I roll +1 attack

he recommended it on the warriors, not the chosen. unless some major revision under 8th ed. has happened I seem to remember Chaos warriors having 2 attacks base +1 for MOK.
Definitely remember to watch out for flanking units and as long as you do I think this'll be a pretty fun list to use
To Sleep Tzeentch shall come for us all in the end.
Perchance to Dream To change the living, to the dead.
