This is my first post on this site and i'm am looking for tips both on the post and the list any help would be helpful.
This is for an escalation starting in January, the league starts at 500 pts and 250 pts a month.
Chaos sorcerer lore of fire
20 marauders Khorne flails 130 pts
19 marauders Khorne flails 125 pts
19 marauders Khorne flails 125pts
I can also drop one marauder, and take the lore of slaanesh. Which I feel dose not come in handy to ofter outside of small point games were there are a lot of lower LD troops that I can force panic checks on, or troops that have lower toughness. If I am facing and army that is not immune to psychology anyway. Aging any advice will be helpful thanks.

Looks good considering we're screwed in percentages at this level. I wouldn't use conjoined though as one failed stupidity test and you've screwed your whole magic phase. Stream of Corruption can be useful for thinning the enemies ranks or you could even grab the charmed shield and a cheap magical weapon in case your opponent brings some ethereal nasties.
Do you need 3 units? you could probably make do with just 2 but 3 certainly is scary. Run them as 3 units of 18 (6x3). This frees up points for some banners which will help in blood and glory missions.
I would take two bigger units but I need three to meet the three unit minimum requirement, and mostly I use the conjoined to re roll one of the six's if I miscast, but I do like the charmed shield and a cheap magical weapon idea. As for the banners ya they are going in forgot about them when I built the list. Any other suggestions?
maybe just run a unit of 10 marauders for 40 points then Beef up another one by 10 models?

how bout a break away from just marauders.
i k now hounds dont count towards min core requirements, but they would count for the whole 3 units min thing..right?
Not sure about Hounds counting towards the minimum unit thing. The exact rules for uncounted Core are a bit vague and don't say yay or nay in any clear way. Merely hint at it so its up to your organisers I reckon.
To be honest, the list looks fine, however it lacks a bit of speed. 3 troll's can be pretty tough to deal with at this point's level, maybe even a unit of knight's.
Not much else I would change about the list.
Maybe look into a different lore, as fire doesn't seem all that useful. Death is ok, sniping an important character at such low point's(most likely your opponent's general) could really leave them crippled.
Tzeentch has some nice spell's as well.
Lore of fire has always seemed over shadowed by other lores in my opinion.
Not to mention I haven't had an overwhelming amount of experience playing at 500pts myself. I have tried fire at 1k and 1.5k pts only to find that I would have loved some debuff's instead of direct damage.
I still feel like lore of tzeentch has flickering fire to deal with regen, and death has a way of getting rid of your opponents important character(s).
I'm not trying to say never use lore of fire, I'm sure some people have had lots of success with it. I just think lore of tzeentch and lore of death are better options and bring more versatility at this points level.
