The common spelling and pronunciation of the name of the Blood God has always bothered me. It sounds like "Corn", which isn't very scary. So, here's a war-band dedicated to "Carn", as in "Carnage". Sounds better in my opinion, and the list should be fun to play and pretty scary at that.
Chaos Lord with Mark of Carn on Juggernaut, with Axe of Carn, Chaos Runeshield and Favor of the Gods– 375
Exalted Hero with Mark of Carn on Daemonic Mount, with Chaos Runesword and Shield – 230
Exalted Hero with Mark of Carn and Fury of the Blood God on Chaos Steed, with Great Weapon and Shield - 174
Chaos Sorcerer with The Black Tongue on Chaos Steed – 151
11 Marauder Horsemen with Full Command, Mark of Carn, Shields, Light Armor, and Flails – 249
11 Marauder Horsemen with Musician, Light Armor, and Throwing Axes - 182
5 Wolves with Tough Skin - 35
5 Wolves with Tough Skin – 35
5 Chaos Knights with Standard Bearer, Mark of Carn, and Blasted Standard – 290
5 Chaos Knights with Standard Bearer, Mark of Carn, and Lances – 275
The War-hounds will be the new Fenresian wolf models. "Tough Skin" is just a re-naming of the "Scaly Skin" 6+ save upgrade.
The Lord on the Juggernaut and the Hero on the Daemonic Mount would go with the Knights, and the other Hero and the Sorcerer would go with the Marauders. You can probably guess which one goes with which unit. The army would probably be deployed in two close columns, with wolves in front, marauders in the middle, and the knights in the back.
The lack of anti-magic is probably a weakness, but I didn't want to give up any of the other characters.
So, what do you think?

It's been a week, and zero replies. Is it because I don't have enough magic defense or any infantry? I know the game has changed, but is a list like this completely uncompetitive?
Also, I had a thought: I could put the knights and marauders on space wolf thunderwolves, and just run them as chaos steeds. I think that would look damn cool if I could pull it off. Do you think they would fit?
It's not that. Khorne is angry that you can't pronounce his name
I dunno though. It's a Cavalry list, so you're in for an uphill struggle, though not an insurmountable one.
I would replace the demonic steed with another Juggernought.
I would reconsider the black tongue on your sorcerer. Dispel scroll or Puppet will pay off better.
I would field both marauder horse units with flails or spears and shields. You need combined charges to break infantry regiments quickly. Drawn out combat is not your friend.
Scaly skin on warhounds does bugger all.
Though I respect your desire to field a mono god list, I would be loath to field the blasted standard on knights without mark of tzeentch. Also consider merging the knights into one unit. One awesome kick-ass unit.
How do you plan to use the sorcerer? Death lore for the chance to pop off a purple sun before his regiment charges in?
