Here is my list so far:
Exalted Champion - Mark of Chaos Undivided, Sword of Might, Shield, Armor of Damnation
15 Chaos Warriors - Mark of Chaos Undivided, hand weapon, shield, heavy armor, full command
20 Chaos Marauders - hand weapon, shield, light armor, full command
10 Flesh Hounds
TOTAL: 732pts (out of 1000pts)
I have about 270pts left to spare. What you see above is already bought, built and painted, so it probably is not going to change. Now, as for the last unit, I need something that can go against heavily armored enemies. I frequently have to fight Bretonian knights, Empire knights, and Dwarven Ironbreakers (all have 2+ saves!).
So what would you suggest for an anti-armor unit worth about 270pts?
Chaos knights...best in teh game if you ask me, but then i would get (with left over points) cannon fodder to help absorb missiles aimed at teh knights

I would suggest some more Marauders or Marauder Horsemen. I think that Chaos Knights in a 1000pts game is a point sink, as they only have 1 wound.
I also warhounds as meat shields, screeners, and flankers.

they ahve oen wound but a good save..ususally u arent doing much static combat with them...hopefully they are going to make nethign they atttack panic, not fight back cause of wounds, or break neways. i might take them if i were u...i played a 1000 point game with them a few weeks ago and won by charging knigths into black orcs, makign them break and then panicing and fleeing 2 other units of his all wihtou even engaging my warriors or my marauders
marauder horseman have been workign otu well for me in the last few games i played...the problem is they are cheap a unit of 5 is liek 90pts or soemthign so that wont help u. mayeb u could take somethgin special

If you could squeeze an extra 5 points from somewhere you could have a unit of 5 chosen knights but that would be a bit OTT so just go for five Knights of Chaos, no mark + Full Command and either a spawn (still 5 poinst over though) or a unit of 8 Hounds
I would put a sorcerer (equip to prefrance or as a despell caddy) and horsemen or warhounds.
horsemen: Fast cav., armour save, standard
Warhounds: cheap, rank bounus
knights are great if you get a good hit in, just had 5 of them (chosen) and hit a unit at the rear of my friends army in the flank. by themselves they ended up overrunning that unit and 2 others before overrunning the cannon and destroying it.
take a unit of 10 Chaos Warriors with great weapons for slow moving targets like dwarves and Knights for fast moving ones, a unit of knights are very expensive but are the best knights in the game and do incredibly well if you give a unit of 4 a mark of khorne you get 13 attacks at St5 with a good possibility of hitting at Ws5.
Another vote for the Chaos Knights, they are great in close combat and will frustrate your opponent with their armor save :yes: The Knights would butcher almost any unit (especially light armored) and are well worth the points.
