A great weapon would be a bit more effective than the sword of might. But if you are looking for magical attacks, your bloodletters have them, and so does your lord. Alternatively you could get a sword of striking (works great against infantry with 2s to hit ) or a rending sowrd for swarms and other multiple wound models.
I find the flails give a greater punch to the horsemen, and the shield isn't to write homw about with that 5+.
Lastly, I find 20 bloodletters to be a bit over the top, 15-18 would be my limit, but if you are more confortable this way, go ahead.
6 Furies should do the job. Now, if you cut back on both, I think you might be able to squease in a tusgor chariot, or a bloodbeast (Spawn).
Split the warhounds in 2 units.
All that Wolf Pack said goes for me, and I'd also like to suggest maybe dropping the champion from your knight unit, his extra attack for 20 points isn't always a good idea.
