First time being here, this is a list that won't make friends. And you have to use it wisely to make it work, here it goes:
Lord of Tzeentch+Staff of change+Armour of damnation+flail+steed= 472
Aspiring champion of tzeentch with a battle standard and 2 dispel scrolls= 225
Aspring champion of tzeentch with a great weapon= 154
10 warriors of tzeentch with full command and shields: 200
10 warriors of tzeentch with full command and shields+banner of wrath: 250
4 Chosen knights of tzeentch with full comand and blasted standard: 300
Chariot of tzeentch: 140
3 screamers: 99
5 furries: 75
1 spawn: 60
Total cost: 1994
Power dice: 14+2 bound spells
Dispel dice: 6+ 2 scrolls
You can remove the spawn and replace it with a small herd.
This list takes out shooting, gives a dreadfull magic phase and dispels almost as good as dwarfs, and once the knights hit in the flank, your done, the warrior unit can withstand shooting and the characters deal extra damage.the chariot gives an extra punch for a warrior unit. The spawn is to hold down units. And if you replace one with a beast herd you can move tactical across the map and maybe punch in a flank attack.

Well the army is a little on the small side. I would suggest the following.
1) If you are set on having 3 characters, make both of the main units marauders with light armour, shield and full command, 20 strong each. They will last longer a bolster your ranks, as well as saving you 35 points per unit.
2) Use these 35 and 85 (inc banner) points to get small units (6 strong) of war hounds. It should buy 3 of them.
3) Use the final spare points to get 1 more furrie.

I agree that you need more models. I've played a small Tzeentch army, but it had around 54 models. It was really, really rough and really, really well played. I think numbers are an essential aspect of WHFB and should always be taken into consideration. Too few is just too few, even for tough demonic or ogre armies (and some WE lists to for that matter).
Thanks, i tried removing spawn and furies and replacing them with two herds of ten beastmen and if found out that they are a real threat on the battlefield

How well does a list like this play? It seems really small to me and it has a lot of shooting power.

Do yourself a favour drop a character and bolster your units. You have made the classic Tzeench army mistake of loading up on characters. You must realise that it is your infantry are what will win you the majority of your battles not your magic.
Two units of 20 to 25 marauders each led by a character will give you a solid core to your army that the rest of your force can work around. You have obviously thought of loading up on chaos warriors which really should be your elite infantry whereas the marauder should be your main line infantry.
In addition the chaos lord is better on foot in one of these units of marauders where his Ld of 9 will be far more effective at keeping your army in the fight. This is because your army does not have the increased resilence to psychology the other marks confer on a chaos army.
I would use the knights as a flanking force rather than as line breakers as their speed can be put to best use this way and if you are facing a firepower heavy army which are common at tournaments.
You also need at least two units of 5/6 chaos hounds to shield your army from enemy firepower that most definately will be coming your way. In its current form your army would get shot to pieces by the fourth turn by a dwarf or empire army.
