This is an army i used once, it concentrates on putting pressure on the enemy, since all units have movement 7 or higher, a daemon prince who is strong as hell, and a hell cannon for some extra terror, this was one pwnage list.
Daemon prince+Master of Mortals+Might of Khorne+Axe of Khorne+Armour of Khorne+Soul hunger-435 pt.
Aspiring champion of Khorne carrying the Battle standard with the banner of rage on a chaos steed(goes with small knights unit)- 206
4 Chaos knights of khorne with full command-227
5 Chaos knights of khorne with full command-260
2* 5 warhounds- 60 (screens knights)
2*5 Marauder horseman with M and Champion, equiped with throwing axes and flails-226
6 Chaos furies-90
5 centigors with full comand, equiped with shields and throwing axes-145
5 Flesh hounds-80
Hell cannon-270(My first misfire i threw a 6, Now that's funny.)
Number of models: 49
Now that's a fast army for Khorne that could be very effective. The main problem you will face is if an army has scouts, flyers and some moderate shooting (mostly elves). These units will be able to pull you army towards it in a timely manner, while it's shooting does some damage to your low numbers.
This could be countered by your warhounds, marauder horsemen and centigors, but I would probably suggest changing this army to be a bit more balanced.
Good idea though :ninja:

I have some flying stuff to counter shooting, scouts i can handle by using the horseman and their throwing axes, The deamon prince has to charge thanks to his frenzy, but i make sure the shooty stuff are in sight/range, his terror is also pretty nasty. And don't forget the Hellcannon, it's risky but it has paid off in every battle i played. And even today i have never lost a battle with this list, i had two draws though.
I agree this list has big potential in that it is fast and has huge combat ability. I can see your point about shooting but i think that if he moves his fliers in they will be seen as an immediate threat and will therefore attract alot of fire, which is what they are there for.
Also if his opponent fails to see the fliers as a threat he just charges them in the next turn therefore only suffering little shooting which shouldn't be all too bad.
why make the aspiring a battle standard? the banner of rage already lets them re-roll. I would also use one more unit of the beast clavary, they are better than the khorn clavary daemons in my opinion. Give the banner to the unit, and dont forget the khorn knights dont get the extra atttack since gw hate us.

i think this army could be very very nasty, but you will have to play your cards right. Your running not so many models in small units. A good cannon shot could ruin your knights day, or some waywatchers. i dont know the stats for the hellcannon, but i heard its nasty. The only army that i see this list having a major problem with is woodelves, they are cazy mobile, have waywatchers, and usually enough shooting to wear you down before you engadge them. I am fully agreed with the others that you should try to balance out the list a little to protect against the shooting. Also i would give the Marauder horseman standards instead of music, a plus 1 to combat, instead of just winning a draw combat.
