Welcome to Librarium Online!
Ok Ok...I dont have the rule book but I do have the army book. So far I've been using army builder cause its easy but I have been checking and confirming it from my army book. Right now I'm in the process of building my army and so is my friend (who will be my main opponent and is the owner of the rule book). What I have will basically all be in the list
1 Slanaash mounted lord
1 Converted 40k Sorceror
24 Chaos warriors
5 Chaos Knights
My first attempted list
x1 Chaos Sorceror
-Mark of Slaanesh
-Level 2 Sorceror
-Arcane Item Familiar (+1 Dispell and Casting dice)
(does this extra dice keep comming each turn?)
x11 Chaos Warriors
x11 Chaos Warriors
x5 Chaos Knights
Ok basically this is almost everything I have as you may have guessed. My oppenent plays Lizardmen and by how it sounded he's gonna be throwin a fair deal of magic my way. So basically to combat this I wanted to keep that saves low and have some kinda of magic resistance (dispell dice) on my side which is why I have the sorceror. I know I could have more attacks but with my soldiers hitting first and with a higher weapon skil I'd rather go for hte a armor. So yeah...you all have the experience...whata ya think?
Oh btw..he's using skink priests for his magic...or at least a fair amount if ya know anything about that.

Don't know much about skink priests, but I might advise you to use something a bit more stable for a general, like a champion.
Gullible isn't in the dictionary...check if you don't believe me.

Well as far as I know Lizardmen can throw a fair deal of magic. He is taking somewhere around 3 priests and I'm just afraid of losing warriors to missiles that dont allow saves which is why I have the sorceror to help dispell. Saving a single warrior can make all the difference.
