Ok, well you havent really used the cheese of this type of list:
What you need to do, just to make is competitive is make all the warrior block mark of tzeentch and make the first bray shaman mark of slaanesh.
That way you have alot of power dice and 6 levels of magic [including the aspiring]
 Orks Tau,
SM WHFB Chaos
Cortana: IMO, this army has too many points in characters, and not enough troops. Good magic, but not much else. If you run across someone with good anti-magic, or enough hordes of troops to ignore magic, or decent shooting (see below) you are in trouble.
Great weapons on cavalry only confer +1 strength, so you might as well not bother with the Lord. You could get the Sword of might and drop the helm, or drop the barded steed.
Your marauder horsemen want a musician, so they have a reasonable chance of rallying after fleeing charges (charge-baiting).
Your chaos warrior blocks are small to the point of worthlessness, IMO. They don't deal that many kills, and they only have +1 static CR, which is lost if they take 1 casualty before combat.
Marked characters can only join units that are unmarked, or have the same mark. Beast characters can't join mortal units. So the aspiring champion can only join the horsemen (and slow them down) or the ogres (and slow them down). The bray-shamans can ONLY join the ogres (and slow them down). If your mages are running around without an escort, they are likely to be picked off, or too far away from the fight to be useful. The Lord could join the warriors, horsemen, or ogres, but none of these combos seems particularly advantageous.
I'd replace the warriors with marauders and a beast-herd, and make both units about 20 strong. That way you'll have more bodies, escort units, and reasonable static CR.
I'd also try and include some hounds, they are great for taking table corners, triggering night goblin fanatics, and protecting you from shooting. Placing a few small units lets you force your enemy to reveal his deployment plan before you commit also!
Hope that helps, Good luck!
