1496 This army is designed to destroy HE. I have had more success with this army against HE than i have EVER had in the past. Please give me advice on how to make it better for killing HE. Thanks for your help.

(Regarding knights, I generally lose CR against a huge command block of HE spearmen with sorcs and general- i am considering taking the banner which adds 1 to CR - any other suggestions??)

What do you use your warhounds for, and why 7? I use units of five. They probably won't screen against shooting, as the HE likely get a hill. They might be useful to charge-bait or marchblock elves, but then aren't they just sacrificial (min unit size). The large units seem wierd to me.
I can't imagine you are casting many spells against the HE, so why all the points spent on casting? Go straight anti-magic, and save more points for CC. Bray-shamans are great for this.
Spear-elves: You need to combine charges, or just not charge the front, of big static combat units. Then they don't get their ranks, and you get a flanking bonus. You could use large infantry of your own, especially with that BSB, or you could use your mounted daemonettes in tandem with your knights. Daemonettes are great for getting into the flank of things with their fast-cav rules.
Remember, mounted daemonettes and furies also have a reasonable chance against HE chariots (outnumber and fear-causing).
I think your infantry are probably a liability. The warriors are ok, but what can they do that cav couldn't? IMO, the marauders especially should be bulked up to 20-25 strong, and given light armor and shields. Then they are a good static combat unit, and you can flank with other units.
