Actually, for a tzeentch list, this has suprisingly few power dice.
General advice with Tzeentch:
Not all characters have to have mark of Tzeentch. The normal spell lores have good things in them. I don't like heros of Tzeentch, too many of the spells have high casting values for a lvl2 to cast IMO. You could much more cheaply supplement your army with a few bray-shamans and get some easy shadow or beasts spells, which adds versatility to your casting. The daemon could also take a different spell lore if desired. The daemon should probably pack a real ward save while you're at it, he'll be a prime target for spells and magic weapons (dwarf war machines w/ runes for instance).
I think you should have 1 big unit (15-20) of chosen warriors of Tzeentch with the blasted standard. They'll do lots of damage, be resiliant, and be a good place for a hero to sit. Its a little all-eggs-in-one-basket though.
Your heros could be mounted to increase their armor and add an attack.
A beast-herd to screen your troops from shooting would be valuable, I'd replace the 2nd warrior unit with one. You'll get more bodies and more attacks on the table (although the attacks won't be as good).
You could add a couple tzeentch chariots as quick ways to generate dice.
You probably should add more march-blocking/chargebaiting capacity, as well as more units to take out warmachines. Furies, screamers and marauder horsemen would all be good choices. This will allow you more time to cast spells before CC.

Arena of Death Champion: Nexim of the Guldskullz Tribe. Fear my wrath!
Sorry i missed some points, i just shot it up on army builder nad must have missed one or what ever.
Today i tryed that list out and it seemed to work rather well. It won its game and for the first time ever I killed a hell cannon. The only problem I can see see would be the fact that my list kinda revolves around 7 spells. I dont want to add beasts, period. And im using a deamon I might nab his mark in favor of darkness or fire or what ever he gets. And it dose generate 13 dice which even managed to blow away khorne in the magic phase so It can be too few.
