I love the warrior models, so I bought two packs of them....
which I have never used in game.

    Reason:

They move too slowly and cost to much, this bucket is bulletproof but isn't going to save anything or anyone. I put my trust in marauders instead and have had a good run with them !

Well, I do field Chaos Warriors, but they need some tactics (or at least some screening; in your list, the beastherds could provide it):
Only deploy units of 10 to 15 (already covered by your 12 models size) and mix undivided in (besides, none of your characters has the mark of khorne, so they can't join your khorne units)
And don't skip on the musician, especially for your Khornies. You'd gonna hate if they lose their frenzy only because an enemy musician has turned a draw into a loss for you (expect major taunting/gloating from your opponent if this happens :w00t:

And don't make the Infantry chosen (as in your 1000pts list) they won't ever see close combat (they'll either get shot up or the enemy will just flee)

Further point: should your beastherds serve mainly as screens, then the standard and the foe-render are wasted points (especially if your general is close enough)
It ain't easy bein' green... :-)
