Can frenzy force a character to leave a unit he has joined if the unit itself is not subject to frenzy or has a shorter movement than the character?
Examples: Champion of Khorne in Marauders or Mounted Champion of Khorne in Warriors of Khorne.
sure. frenzy ALWAYS forces the model to charge...no matter where he comes from.
when the character leaves the unit, that can move as normal after the "declare charges" phase.
Hollow man is correct here. Just confirming his response.
Arena of Death Champion: Nexim of the Guldskullz Tribe. Fear my wrath!
There is a way around it though. Declaring charges happens before frenzy charges. So if the unit with the frenzy character declares a charge then the whole unit charges including the character as one which will result in a failed charge because the unit it to slow even if the character would have made it. This will keep he character in the unit.
But remember you cannot declare a charge if it is obligated to fail, no ?
well i don't know if deliberately issuing charges which WILL be failed is legal...
anyways, it's so annoying that i would never do it,
it is just like overguessing with firing distances to hit screened units:
