I am overwhelmed by the spawn box.
It has everything one could want in spawn (ambulatory spawn at least, some prefer mounds of twisted flesh for their spawn, but the human torso shape makes them a bit creepier IMO).
I made one up as a Cthulhu lookalike, all the tentacles from the box, tentacle head and vestigial wings.
The second is BrundleFly (y'know, from that film, The Fly?). All things chitinous and spiky with the fly head, claws, scythed arms and appendages.
How do you all make yours, themed or random?
What image sits in your mind before you make a spawn?
Not that I've ever owned a Spawn (and that's unlikely to change), but I'd just shove it together in a way I deem appealing at the time.
I rarely put much thought into the assembly of my models, unless I have some special conversion or purpose.
BYE SPAWN!! why?
i convert all my spawn from my bitz box my latest spawn has a skelletal steed as a bace (a bit of a theam) with a wird purple mould on it and the mould has faces in it and gropeing hand ect...
best of all it was free!
i would try to make a theam if i was to bye the spawn box so the spikey monster of death, blob of writhing flesh ect...
click>the warhammer world needs you!<click
If someone helps you REP them...
So much scorn for the spawn box.
I would convert but my bits box has more outflow than inflow. It's tres low on bits.
Let's be honest though, you could put a small potted plant on a large base and call it Spawn. Such is the nature of chaos.
