In the process of revamping my Chaos Warriors I've made the decision to re paint and re base my Disk riding sorcerer. It's a big decision as far as the army goes. The whole warband was built around him, but he needs a new paint-job.
When I bought him he came with a round flyer base, and I understand things have changed.
Therefore this is directed to any rules gurus who may be floating around:
What size and shape of base should a Disk-Riding individual be mounted upon?
At the moment the disk is just considered a "daemonic mount" untill the new codex. It is able to march 2 inches shorter than a flyer and will be on a 50x50 mm base. Hope that helps..
at this moment in time i model my demonic mounts on chavalry baces as there now 1 wound? is that acseptable? i ask my opponents permition befor the game and they have no probs but what do you guys think?

If someone helps you REP them...
So, when you buy the box that contains a Tzeentch lord on a Disk, the base that is provided is a 50mm by 50mm one, yes?
