hey guys, I've decided that my army needs a big fluffy absolutely uber focal point as it's mostly rank-and-file so ive decided on a dragon lord that I can also field as galrautch(spelling?) by magnetizing a harness seat/lord figure to sit on the mid torso just ahead of where the wings attach, I'd like to use the seat from the elven dragon lord and possibly a chaos knight figure and his lance with some added greenstuffyness to finish it up, any other suggestions?
I changed my mind one the model for the lord, I'm going to use the lord that comes with the new juggernaught mount, file down his khorne markings to make him more generic and use his demonic head to avoid him looking strictly khornish(haha) I've drilled a small hole about 1cm in diameter into the upper neck on the dragon and also into the lords butt, fitting opposing strength magnets into each hole, using epoxy to fix them in place (I also did this to the juggernaught mount so he can still use that model, didn't wanna waste it, costs so much lol)
one thing thats really pissing me off though, is that neither the chaos lord OR a Sorcer lord can equip lances, totally unfair imo =/ anyways heres the way his stats are looking at the moment:
-Mark of Nurgle
-Word of Agony
-Armor of Damnation
-Favour of the Gods
absolute character killer lol. thats 6 str 6 attacks from the lord plus his d6 str 4 attacks with his gift and 6 str 6 attacks from the dragon(pus his two breath weapons), also forced rerolls on all successfull hits towards the lord plus reduced chance of hitting him already due to being on a monstrous mount. no doubt this bugger is expensive in points, but he should cause absolute "chaos" on the tabletop!
