Can a Chaos warshrine join a chaos unit? says not truley a chariot, steed, or creature - says it moves and fights like a monster. Does this mean it cannot join a unit or?
Only a mounted monster (w/ character) can join a unit. So I would say not. But to be honest, I have no idea.
I think only characters can join units. So one unit (warshrine) can't join another unit (warriors etc.).
... try Czech language ;-)
I'm going to say no as well, doesn't seem to fit in the spirit of the rules really =/
also, what would the benefit of it joining a unit be? somethings not clicking here...
Chaos Warriors (2009) 16-4-9
Nah Mosters can't join units. Otherwise there'd be a giant or shaggoth leading every chaos warrior regiment going!!
Only Characters can join units (that includes Monster characters)
The Deamon Prince can't join units however as it's a Flyer.
is that true- i thought that demon princes and valkia could join units? when i use a warshrin i like to use vakia to get more out of eotg- and she is always in a unit of chaos warriors
Pretty sure a flying character (be they flyers on mounted on flyers) cannot join units ... referencing ... referencing ... hrm. I can't find it in 7th ed, but I didn't go too in depth. I found an entry under Flyers section stating that characters cannot join units of flyers, regardless of whether or not they themselves can fly. But can someone please point me toward the entry that states flying mounts and/or flying characters cannot join units of non-flyers?
Oh maybe thats what i was thinking of then........ hmmm
Nah i was making that up then lol. Flying Characters CAN join units.
All i can find is 'characters ON flying creatures cannot join units' (P72)
See, never trust your brain.
Ah, there it is. Cheers. I couldn't even find that, but I knew it was in there somewhere.
So a Sorc on disc cant join a unit of warriors? Too bad, but again, that was what I feared.
