This... Is... Chaos!!!!

Was watching 300 today, and i began to think, those spartans remind me of my warriors of chaos. There tough, mean, and like to kill things. So, i was wondering if someone could help me build a 300 spartans of chaos. A 1500 pt force, small, super tough, shield wall and phalanx, mostly foot sloggers, but probably one realy tough hero on foot (Lionidas), maybe a few light flank protectors, and lots of magic. Winning and loosing aren't as important as the list's fluff at this point, but winning and looking cool would be nice.

you could use marrauders:

firstly they have little armour a bit like spartens
secondly u can actually have 300 marrauders in 1500 (i think)

Lmao, I wasn't actually looking to get 300 models into my force, but more of alot of compact elites, the best chaos/sparta had to offer, so when chaos needed a dramatic last stand, these were thier go to guys. Sorry if i didn't clarify that, I wanted my army to resemble the 300 spartant elite force, not actually have 300 models in it. 300 marauders would be awesome thogh.

A classic Spartan army would be nothing but blocks of warriors + fighting heroes. Take the mark of Slaanesh - the Spartans were always level headed and known for their precision. Skirmishers and horsemen were despised & were not considered a proper way to fight.

A little more WFB friendly army could add 2 units of marauder horsemen to protect the flanks + a scroll caddy as Priest. Spartans did not do anything without first checking the omens.

Have you seen these Spartan heads from Scibor? I'm tempted to pick some up to see how they fit on the CW body.
