Simple questions concerning warshrines: - which mark is best to give the warshrine? i'm stuck between MoT and MoS...
- how do you usually deploy your warshrines?
Thanks in advance: Beardy Bearderson.
I don't use warshrines all that often, but when I do Its pretty much always slaanesh. 3+ ward vs 4+ ward won't give you that much more durability, where slaanesh will keep it from getting paniced away, and most importantly if it gets outnumbered by fear then it won't auto flee, so It can hold just about anything up. Get a bsb nearby and watch its a great flank protector.
MoT most of the time ! That 3+ ward save is a blessing ( Cannons, Bolt Throwers etc. ) ! I use the warshrine when I'm going for a footslogging army to boost my infantry.
GT winners have been using MoS for warshrine. That may be answer for your question
3+ ward is awesome, but it won't protect you from fleeing out of table...
... try Czech language ;-)
MoS for warshrines always. T6 and a 4+ ward is enough to protect it from getting hurt much, but it won't help you if it panics or gets terror'd off the board, and with LD8 that's not very uncommon.
2010 WoC Cav W/L/D - 7/3/1
MoS always. After playing against it one time, your opponents will know not to spend 3 or 4 turns focus-firing on the thing in exchange for 150 points.
