same size as a chaos warrior. The northmen are much larger than their imperial counterparts.
And more immune to the affects of weather. Put a coat on already, you're making me cold looking at you.

Thank you pinkus, now i need to model my marauders with green-stuffed pointy nipples.
Bit chilly in here isn't it?
they used to be on small bases, metal with flail or big axes.
most people say , if you have the old ones you can use them on the base they came with otherwise i'd have to break them apart
Warchief Diggah o da Bloodmoon Squiggahs
going off what pinkus said, and this really has nothing to do with your question, the northmen are and have been constantly described has being tougher and what not, compared to the weak men of the south. Yet they have the same stats as empire swordsmen? the models are nearly the same size as the empire men yet marauders use a larger base? I don't get it. It's model sizes are like comparing the VC skeletons and the TK skeletons, same stats and points yet bigger models? However they use the same size base at least.
Repainting Orks not sure how many points yet
Warriors of Chaos shelved until further notice
I think its to A) make the army fit together as a whole and because there is a little bit of fluff behind it. I can't rememmber where but there is a size comparison chart of all the base sizes
something like: stunty (goblins dwarves), normal (empire bretonians), big (saurus, chaos warriors), really big (ogres, trolls), huge (giants, dragons)
Yah, Marauders are bigger than Empire spearmen etc, hence the larger bases, and they are stronger as well, but it's as if they have a strength of 3.7 and the Empire men have a strength of 3.2 or 3.3, and since we all round down not up, it gets taken down to 3. That's how I justify why an Ork Boy has the same strength as a Imperial Guardsman, he's stronger, but not by so much.
