OK, guys here are few interesting things to remember for people [like myself] who are suffering against Skaven:
Skaven Bell/Furnace model has a leadership of ZERO but is unbreakable.
THUS: A level 1 sorcerer of death with a power-stone has a great chance of killing the thing in one shot at the end of the magic phase. Failing that, Gateway the specific model.
Doomwheels can only pivot ONCE when they move/charge, and they must follow the normal charge rules, so no arcing flank/rear charging or rolling in circles are allowed. Also if it takes 2 or more wounds in a round it must take a Loss of Control test.
The Dreaded 13th Spell cannot target a unit of infantry has non-infantry models [not characters] in it. So throw some warhounds in at the back to make your elite unit of warriors to make them invulnerable to it!
Plague Spell can be stolen with Third Eye and remains in play on a 5,6 AND a 1 [50% chance of continuing, and it can never come back to hurt you if you cast it].
Hellpit Abomination goes down HARD against a unit of Khorne Warriors with Halberds and Banner of the Eterenal Flame, do not fear it for a second.
These are things that I have figured out from playing, double checking the Rulebook, and caefully reading the Skaven FAQ. A lot of Rat players will pretend ignorance, but we should never believe those sneaky vermin and their rule bending. Our local GW has 4 Skaven players and they are absolutely dominating at the moment [also cheating with Doomwheels too I just discovered].

In case anyone didn't know, hell pit cannot return to life if it loses even 1 wound to fire. This includes hellcannons/marauder javelins with flaming swords of rhuin buff . Also, rat ogres are stupid if they have no packmasters.
That's only going to work in your favour if you have no Chaos units within 12" - Not necessarily guaranteed when both armies will be getting stuck in.
