Yes, no, maybe? Obviously if you somehow know in advance you'll be playing against flyers it's a good one to use. But it seems pretty impressive as a direct damage Lore as well. Has anyone had any luck with it?
I have been using this lore for my level 4 wizzard for quite some time and I like the lore. I usually give the guy my spell familiar so he has 5 spells. This usually means I have the 3 damage spells (thunderbolt, comet and chain lightning). The great thing about heavens is the buffs and hexes, use these in combat on your knights or warriors and they will take down any opponent they meet.
I think the lore is definately worthwhile
(sorry, accidently double posted... -.- )

yea been using it in my lasts game to
and it's a nice lore
specially that i roll a lot of 1's en buffing a unit rerolling the 1's is a win!
chain lightning is awesome to, and it can jump over to units in combat to!
It's my favorite Lore, after Slaanesh (maybe before Slaanesh, but Slaanesh has fluff going for it)
The buff and hex are AWESOME! Especially the beefed up versions.
Combine with Knights, and you are nigh indestructible.
The Signature is just plain awesome (that is two awesomes right there! ) -1 to hit AND -1 LD, come on.
Chain is the bomb vs people that run characters solo or have warmachines (gun teams? ).
Comet is awesome for putting pressure on armies that like to hang back. Or if you want to protect a flank. It's a great dictator spell.
All in all a super lore.
For me it really shines if you only want to bring one wizard. It has a bit of everything.
If you have a support wizard than maybe there are better lores.
Side note: don't get hung up on the Lore Attributes. How I see it, they are a bonus, not the reason to pick the Lore.
But then again, I hardly ever use Shadows or Life.
