I hear and read allot of frustration when the word Teclis pops up.
So I thought maybe it is time we pool our frustrations and come up with tactics on hwo to deal with him.
What have been successful ways you have dealt with him?
I imagine a Wulfrik charge will take him out pretty easily, but what else?
Hellcannon to the face, thats how I deal with him
Pit his face
I assume Morgan Freeman is the voice of the Emperor.

Two Words: Feedback Scroll
He's also T2- Nurgle messes his stuff up pretty quick, 3rd Eye and sending his own Dwellers at him usually works too. Wulfrik will completely ruin his day.
Charge him with a unit that doesn't have a character in it. If you don't challenge, he can't hide in the back. If he can't hide in the back, you can probably mulch him with 1-2 Warriors worth of attacks. He has NO wardsave, NO armor, NO toughness, NO combat abilities... guys, the easy part is killing him in CC. The hard part is letting him roll around with Life Spells all the time, but that's why you hit him with a Feedback Scroll the first time he casts something.
wulfrik his ass
You gotta understand that Teclis is in a unit, in the second rank with FC and two heroes in front. He's gonna get Look Out Sir!, and we're not gonna get line of sight. I believe our best bet is the two things said already, Feedback Scroll and a lucky Wulfrik wandering in on turn two. If you're looking for that turn one solution... I think your best bet is: Doom Totem, Doom and Darkness, Hellcannons.
Your opponent does know that Teclis needs LoS to cast spells, just like any other mage right? I mean, certain spells don't, but if it needs LoS, he's not casting it from the second rank.
I'm sticking to what I've already said- Feedback him, catch him with Wulfrik (expensive option there) or hit him with a Full-Unit spell. He is S/T 2, has 1A, and NO saves of any kind. Granted, the best bet for your opponent would actually be to put him in with a unit with Banner of the World Dragon, which makes the entire unit immune to all spell effects regardless of their source, but you can still Feedback him.
The funniest result that I've seen is someone used Sijevir's Hex Scroll on him and turned him into a toad for almost the whole game!
