Iv just started a blog about warriors of chaos army, detaling battle reports and tactics etc
there is a counter to the side to say how many looses, wins, draws etc i have with my army
I am pretty new to this and so bare with me as i am kind of doing this to learn about how to write blogs as well
The army will be called Wolves of Chaos once i can figure how to change the name and i will be posting some fluff about my characters etc
The basic fluff behind my army is that they norse warriors who are mostly worshippers of khorne and tzeentch with nurgle and slaanesh being very minor gods.
As i tend to fight alot of games against dark elves and lizardmen the fluff is, is that they are raiders
I havent thought of a name for a general yet so any thoughts are most welcome
I hope you come have a look and post coments etc
Legions of the Noth
Nice site and good battle report!
what software do you use to make the maps?
Looks good, but since I'm a spelling Nazi: Noth = North
Young and inexperienced Lords and Heroes often mount raids to get the attention of the gods and the wealth to purchase equipment for future wars.
So your general only needs a name, and after that just call the warband X's raiders, or X's tribe, or something like that.
A grand name like "The Bonecollectors" indicates that they are expeienced and usually marked for greatness, bing chosen or knights or whatnot. Those doesnt need to prove themselves by raiding. They join whole armies and goes to war as parts of a greater campaign - when they're not in Norsca, butchering their neighbours or just walking about in the CHaos wastes search for other warbands.
Just my take on namegiving.
My own army is called "The Heralds of Change". They are messengers and champions of the Grand Schemer and thus very few, elite and magically rooted with lots of magic items, gifts and such. Therefore I only have warriors and knights, not any marauders or marauder horsemen, in my army.
