sooooo... i dont play alot of formal games, and im curious as to the general ruling for using things from the warhammer forge book... specifically rot knights. im in love with these guys. favorite unit anywhere. nuf said.
Plague toads can be used as Core for daemons or Special for Warriors, riders only as special for Daemons.
If they agree to you bringing units from the book you bring units from the book.
I think some tournaments allow tamurkhan units.
Ok, looks like I lied to you. Chaos Knights with MoN can be upgraded for a price to Rot Knights, they become Monstrous Cavalry. So I guess you're free to use them?...
I'm happy to allow that kind of stuff. It means I get to bring Elspeth.

You have to finish her first
I've not seen any completed Rot knights so I'm not 100% sure the plastic Knights will fit the Plague toad bodies. Might be something to look into before hand.
The rot knights on the beasts, though what the rot beasts are is open to interpritation as far as I'm concerned. Could be plauged horses, plague toads or those wolf looking beasts. I'm thinking of doing mine mounted on warhounds and painted to a nurgle theme however I doubt the dogs are large enough
