Ormarr has hunted the forests of Norsca since he was a boy and even since then, his archery skill has shamed that of many elves. His shot is so accurate, that he can pick spots between armour to deliver killing blows with ease. Many find his use of bows in battle to be shameful and cowardly, however none who have challenged his honour have survived him in a duel. It is widely believed that he carries a blessing from Tzeentch, and that the God of change has a future purpose for him, but this is just speculation, and if he does carry such a blessing, he himself is unaware of it. Whatever the case, there have been champions who value his abillities, and seek to employ his skills to train other archers for use in battle.

Ormarr is based on a Chaos Marauder Chieftan with +3 BS and +1W (Warhammer armies: Warriors of chaos)
He counts as a Hero choice and you may only include one Ormarr in your army

Shots from killing bow at short range have the same effect as the killing blow special rule
A unit of chaos marauders which includes Ormarr may carry bows for an additional cost of 4 points per model

If they take bows then they may not take any additional equipment, but my still take a mark of chaos, musician and standard bearer

Nice idea, but it's unclear for me: is he a character? or just a unit champion? If he's a Hero, then give him 2W, if not, he costs awful lot (too much for a Hero too, I think).
I have to agree with the above... 150 seems steep...
Ya, 150 does seem kind of steep. I would say he should be a character Unit Champ, he costs ~75pts, plus the 4 pts/model for bows, and if you are going to keep the reference to him being one of Tzeentch's favored, they must take the MoT. However, I would include a bound spell for the unit, at about Power Level 7, that gives them flaming arrows.

I would lower his points cost as others have stated, he seems like a pretty cool character and would be very welcome in my army.
If your going with the Tzeentch theme you could maybe give him a one use item the arrow of change similar to the sword of change which makes an enemy character take a toughness test or he turns into a spawn like creature and attacks his unit or give them flaming attacks.

yeah sorry he was meant to have 2 wounds, lol I just forgot to do it when I was copying down the marauder statline. and he is a hero choice but can only join units of marauders
the Tzeentch thing was just to try and justify why a chaos marauder would be fighting with a bow instead of prefering close combat. I had a feeling that a lot of WoC players would hate the idea of bows so I wanted a reasonable excuse. I changed the wording to try and make it seem like he doesn't have the mark of Tzeentch for certain.
