Question
Must the model be properly based? Like if I got a "Disc sorcerer" must it have a 50X50 base? or can it have a smaller one?

While only the greatest of fools would presume to speak for His Lordship, the rules say 'based.'. I would interpret that to mean that the model need not be based in a tournament-legal manner.
