i was wondering if daemonic mounts mabye isnt worth all the points..
well, when mounting on a daemonic mount, our lord will have a bigger base and can be targeted by cannons and the like... and thats not nice :cry:
on the other hand, these creatures are wonderful in close combat..
what is you opinions about this?
I never take them. Having his mount shot from under him wouldn't be too useful (especially if he's in a unit of cavalry), and for roughly the same amount of points you can get a chosen knight (Good number of attacks/save). The Steed of Slaanesh is quite useful for lone characters going down the flanks - but I think I would prefer mounted daemonettes.
