    The Daemonic Mount

How good is it really on an Lord? Or is it just in the way and the base is to big or?
Was thinkin of maby using that and join a bunch o knights..

Or is it just better to go for the horse and use the other points for items?

Btw do you get the extra 2 more on armor save on an damonic mount as you do on a
    chariot or barbed steed?

No, you do not get the extra armour save.

Daemonic Mounts in general (both Undivided and god-specific ones) are generally thought of as unwise choices due to the fact that they can be shot to pieces so your character has to advance on foot. THe exceptions to this are Discs of Tzeentch and Steeds of Slaanesh which have the speed to dart from one cover location to another, and then charge the enemy.
Use Light, Beasts, Metal instead of Heavens
NecroLords: Use at least one Death Mage
    Brets: Use Peasants&Damsels
    Skaven: Don't use Skryre SAD
