A basic Bloodletter has 1 attack, and frenzy which gives it an extra attack. However the single attack on his profile is his attack without frenzy, and 2 attacks with it. That single attack that it starts with if it has no frenzy due to losing combat through Break tests, but it states that Daemons take Instabiltity tests instead, so does that mean that 1 attack on its profile is frenzied or not?
If a frenzied unit looses combat, the loose thier frenzy as well. (Even if they call a break test instability)
They don't lose frenzy if they break, they lose it if they lose combat. And besides the attack from frenzy is never included in the statlines.
Is it possible for daemons to break without losing combat?
No. Daemons can't break at all. My point was that even unbreakables can lose frenzy.
