I was just wondering what items the deticated Khorne followers would take when either outfitting their Lords, Exalted, or Aspiring Champions? I'm left clueless as to what would be the best of ideas to take, so any help would be appreciated.
My Exalted Daemon takes the Mark of Khorne, Diabolic Splendor and Soul Hunger.
He leads my Daemonic Legion which means the Diabolic Splendor gives him that nice 4+ ward and he is quite the combat monster, re-rolling the missed to hit rolls in the first round.

*Planning Stages*Thousand Sons of Chaos, Melekh's Host - 2000 Pts
Ogre Kingdoms, Tribe Of The Blooded Gut - 3500 Pts
Khorne Daemonic Legion, The Hordes Of Blood - 2000 Pts
Nurgle Possesed Ravenwing Army, The Rottenwing - 2000 Pts
I'm not too familar on the outfitting of Khornate lords, but I know the Axe of Khorne is always a good choice.

Khorne Lord with Juggernaut or Daemonic Mount, Enchanted Shield, Axe of Khorne, Gaze of the Gods, Armour of Damnation.
Nearly Unkillable and a threat to any model on the field.
Depending on the role of the Champion and point sizes.
For a cheap Infantry muncher. An extra hand weapon. BAM! Stick him in your Warrior unit and watch him eat up infantry.
Get him in a challenge however and you're screwed if he's fighting a tooled up heroe. But, as is the nature of all Chaos warriors, he can hold his own against run of the mill heroes because they are so weak and inferior .
For challenge King. Enchanted Shield, Axe of Khorne, Gaze of the Gods, Armour of Damnation as Khorne Lord said.
Amazing save, good Ward save, can kill anything. The turning into a spawn thing isn't a big deal. If he's running away from something he can't kill, whatever it is must be pretty strong and becoming a spawn is the least of your worries.
Archaon's Top Tip for profiting from the End Time: Pillage before you burn
When I say jump you don't ask me 'How high?' maggot! You jump!
And even if he does run away, he gets one shot to rally at LD 9 before he goes spawn, and if he makes it he an go back after the obviously tough enemy for another go.
