Hello,

I don't know where else to post this, so I'm trying here; apologies if I'm in the wrong forum.

I'm looking for an old White Dwarf issue for a particular article. The issue was only from a couple years back, and the article featured the concept of "Counts As." It also showed some sample minis, including a scratch-built Hrud soldier and an entire Adeptus Mechanicus army (based on Lost and the Damned). Does anyone here know what US issue of White Dwarf that was? I've tried searching the archives on the UK site to at least get an idea, but I can't find it.

A little while ago I went through my old White Dwarfs and created an archive of my favorite articles. The one you asked about happened to be among them. Here is the answer to your question:

Hobby Workshop: "What Does 'Counts as' Mean?", by Dave Taylor, WD 308, p. 80 (Sept. 2005). An article describing the “counts as” doctrine.
