Do Inquisitor lords have a psychic power were you pick a enemy independent character, both players roll a D6 then add their leadership and who ever losses takes how ever many wounds they loss by?

That is a Psychic power from the Adversaries section of the codex called Brain Flayer. It's more meant as a fluff battle thing.
