Welcome to Librarium Online!
This is a list that I've been considering for a long time, and I'd like to get everyone else's thoughts on it. So feel free to tear it apart, but please -in keeping with the nature of the list- don't suggest any units without the Fast Cavalry or Skirmish special rule unless you have a very good reason.
Okay, here it goes:
(3x) 5 Gladeriders: 129 (387)
(3x) 8 Dryads: 96 (28
6 Wild Riders: 224
Standard bearer, banner of dwindling
(2x) 5 Waywatchers: 120 (240)
10 Wardancers: 180
Great Eagle: 50
Light armor, elven steed, blight of terrors, helm of the hunt, spear of twilight,
Level 2, elven steed, starfire arrows, dispel scroll
Level 2, elven steed, divination orb, dispel scroll
Hmm, I have one or two gripes about your character builds, but I think it's mostly down to my personal preference. In general, the list seems pretty flexible, and is obviously extremely fast moving. I take it this is what you were aiming for? I might as well start at the top and work down.
Now then, characters.
Overall, it's a reasonable list, but you'll have to be clever with how you move. You can run rings around everything with this list, but you can't hit particularly hard. Make sure you pick the combats and fight on your terms and you'll be fine. Your Spellsingers need some thought, I think, but other than that it seems okay. Let us know how it fares.
It has yet to be proven that intelligence has any survival value. - Arthur C. Clarke (1917 - 2008)
A couple of points.
You lack hitting power. I'd get rid of one unit of glade riders and the highborn altogether and get another 2 units of wildriders. I also think you have gone overboard on your casters. Two level 2 casters with 6 dice to share isn't that great. If you want to hang on to them then I recommend PowerStones.
A mounted noble with the Helm and the Hail of Doom Arrows will serve you much better than your highborn, for a fraction of the price.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
