With the help of a few, this is what I got so far... Does it look good? And would you consider this hard or easy? Id like an average comp score but I cant tell if its cheese or the opposite. Any anything helps, im trying to get a tourney list all together way before I buy some missing modles. Do the warhawk riders work? I had 120 points left and it seemed to work nicely. I was thinking maybe a 4rth but not sure were to slim the points. Will 3 do me good? Or just drop them altogether?

2500 or 2250?
Whoops 2250! Mistype on the tittle
Im not sure where to drop the points but would Stone of Crystal Mere do the job? Also, is my eternal guard unit too small to have a souped up HB in it?
Personally, I think if you want a stubborn EG unit then you need to commit to it. I'd want more troops in that unit.
I'd drop to 3 treekin, and I'd drop the dryad champ. If there were points to make the branchwraith a lvl 1 magic user, I would, but it'll be tight. THe extra dispel die is nice, and it makes treesinging viable in some games, as opposed to unlikely in almost all games.
I droped suggested, I could add 6 EG or lvl1 Branchwraith & 2 EG.
What would be best for this list?
Your BSB still needs some protection. Oaken armour maybe?
Well since nobody here addressed your question about the War Hawk Riders, I'll take the liberty. Plain and simple, nearly every Wood Elf list could use them. Fly + the shots and the spears makes them amazing, too many times they have saved my from imminent doom by chariot or came in between some cavalry and a juciy charge on a unit of WD or something of the like, they kill war machines better than eagles and they are COOLER!
I will agree that warhawk riders are a really good unit. But I do see a problem with your list. You are trying to get too many units into this list and not filling out the units you have. And your characters need some attention too.
You EG need to be a minimum of 18 if you are going to go 5 wide, so you get full ranks for combat resolution. If you are going 7 wide, the way I usually use them, you need 19 for 3 full ranks with your 2 characters.
As has been stated by others, your BSB needs some protection. Oaken armour is the norm. Your general could use a save. Armour of the fey is useful at times. And he doesn't really need a shield if you need a few points. And your wraith is better at level 1.
So to get this, you will have to give up either the warhawk riders or the treekin if you want to keep the archers etc, which I think you should.
So I would rework the list and post an update if you are willing to change.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.

The "A Smart Player Will..." theory is a complete paradox. If we make an assumption that everything we do is outsmarted, then theoretically we can never win.
