It's my first time against a seasoned VC player and my fisrt too against 2000+ pts VC army.
It's part of a leage, so no special characters, and you cannot have 2 of the same rare nor 3 of the same special, and other restriccion I will not bore you with.
I was straggling w/my lords, and I draw lists with AT and Lv 4 wizard (cannot remember the name in English now) but I think I will put this one on the table:
-Highborn on Forest Dragon (566)
Annoyence of Netlings, Sword of Might, Heln of the Hunt, Stone of the crystal Mere, ligth armour ,shield
-Spellsinger, Dispel scroll x 2 (175)
Cluster of radiants, Pageant of Shrikes
-10 glade guard, musician (126)
-5 scouts (85)
-5 glade riders (120)
-8 dryads (96)
-8 wardancers (144)
-2 x 5 wild riders, standard (2 x 148= 296)
-8 waywatchers (192)
The idea is to try to kill his lord with mine and flank their units.
What do you think?

At first I was a little skeptical but the more I think about it the more I like elements of your list. A lord on a forest dragon is probably your best bet for taking down his general, which is a great idea. The main problem will be if his general is in a really hard bunker. You have some magic defense, but if he goes OTT he'll be able to blow through that, and you'll have a hard time actually getting to the general.
Beyond that, I think your biggest challenge is going to be to shoot/preemptively charge his fast units (dire wolves, black knights, fell bats) before they can get stuck in and avoid everything else. The scariest spell for you is Vanhel's Danse Macabre, which gives even his infantry a potentially impressive 18' charge range.
You are overpaying for your spellsinger by 35 points.
I like pageant of shrikes but not against VC as they can raise their unit champs so easily.
I'm not a huge fan of waywatchers in this list because they are expensive for the purpose that they serve (mainly march blocking). KB isn't going to help that much except maybe against a graveguard bunker that you're better off avoiding.
At first I thought maybe replace with warhawk riders, but I can't see them being point efficient either.
That said, you could afford to replace your waywatchers with a Great Eagle and another 7 man wardancer unit, and then add musicians to both wardancers. I think musicians are a good deal given that you might do a lot of damage but lose combat anyway due to crazy SCR and break.
Alternately, you could take another spellsinger.
Here is what I would probably change:
Reduce spellsinger to correct cost.
Remove pageant of shrikes
Remove standards from the wild riders.
Drop 1 wardancer from existing unit.
That saves you 288 points to spend on:
7 Wardancers + musician
1 Great Eagle
1 Spellsinger (splitting the dispel scrolls up)
Add musician to existing wardancers
Add a dispel scroll OR add a musician to the glade riders and a branch nymph to the dryads.
You get an extra dispel die and maybe an extra scroll plus another excellent combat unit. Your march blocking should stay about the same, but you lose a little shooting. That said, the eagle is much more cost effective in going after necromancers, wolves, etc.
Overall strategy: Kill stuff with your lord (hopefully his general). Shoot/flank his fast units, avoid his slow ones. Let him Invocation of Nehek, but use your infantry to squash any new units of zombies that he tries to raise in the middle of your lines. Under no circumstances let him resolve Vanhels if you can possibly avoid it. Deny him points if you can.

Thats my view,
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
swarmofseals, sirkentely, thanks for the imput, I dont have my books w/me now, but I will re-draw as soon as I can.
The problem w/wardancers is that I dont have 14 models, but I see what I can do.
Over all what you think is best vs VC, the dragon lord, an AT or a Glamourweaber (that's the level 3-4 wizard in English, is'nt it?)
