Drycha lists give some interesting possibilities for WE with some severe restrictions. I was playing around with the idea of a magic heavy Drycha list last night and got a bit down on paper this morning. However, it's really unclear to me how to build the list.
These are the core elements that you'd probably consider using:
Spellweaver w/ L4, glamourweave kindred, elven steed, wand of wych elm, socm or amaranthine (~373-37
Branchwraith w/ L1 (115 + any spites)
Spellsinger w/ L2, glamourweave kindred, elven steed (157 + items)
(4+) 8 man dryad units (96-108 each depending on command)
(0-4) 6 man wild rider units w/ musician (156 each)
(1) 6 wild riders w/ musician and standard w/ war banner (199)
(0-4) 4 man treekin (260)
(0-3) Treeman (285)
You can actually get a *lot* of magic into a list like this. With just Drycha and the spellweaver you are rocking 7 rerollable DD, plus an additional 1 for every branchwraith/spellsinger you add. At the max 11 rerollable DD you probably don't even need scrolls, although you might take 1 or 2 just in case.
With the full magic compliment (drycha, spellweaver, 4 spellsingers, 3 treemen) you've got 16 PD + 5 (!!) bound treesings. While this won't impact the game like DoC, WoC, or VC magic, it's still pretty solid.
I would LOVE to see someone get bear's anger off on Drycha. 8-10 WS7 S7 I8 rerollable attacks is a level of offensive prowess that you don't expect to get with wood elves. Bringing her up to T5 is just icing on the cake.
So, how would you build a 3k drycha list?
Spellweaver, Level 4, Glamourweave, Unicorn, Wand of Wych Elm, Stone of the Crystal Mere
Spellsinger, Level 2, Glamourweave, Steed, Dispel Scroll x2
Spellsinger, Level 2, Glamourweave, Steed, Wraithstone
Noble, Wild Rider kindred, Great Stag, Hail of Doom Arrow
Wild Riders, 5, FC, Warbanner
Wild Riders, 6, FC
Just a quick list off the top of my head.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
