So i was thinking of making this list my Standard 2250 list. advice is always appreciated.

Hail of Doom Arrow
The power of the Dragon and the Hail of Doom arrow all in one. With the ability to fly i make the HoDA deliverable almost anywhere on the board when its needed. The Dawnspear offers some protection to my dragon and Lord in CC, and with the Glamourweave my Highborn is safe against missile fire.
Noble : 156
Not the Standard because HoDA is on the Dragon. The main purpose of this hero is for assassination. Charging up to it designating all his attacks and splattering it with his great weapon. With the brairsheath and brooch he will be quite resilient to most shooting and the retaliatory attacks of the other units.

Solid core choices with enough standard shooting. The three units of dryads will be able to protect flanks, converge on enemy troops and do what dryads do best.

What arent wild riders good for? With their ability to speed around the map they can out manuever enemy troops for a double flank charge or be used to destroy any warmachines threatening my dragon. Wardancers will replace a unit of dryads which should give me another solid unit of fast flankers but with some special tricks up their sleeves.

Its a treeman, he kicks ass...The Waywatchers however are used for Immediate march blocks as well as anti-warmachine on the first turn. Plus, even thou they are over-priced they are my favorite unit. If you cant win with your favorites and just want to win go pick up DoC...

There ya go, please tell me how to improve it or tweak it to deal with other situations. I have a feeling the Alter is going to catch some flak becuase its different than usual. I could possible drop him for another caddy.
Edit: Made some changes that were suggested. I added two more WayWatcher models. I then removed a unit of dryads and tried throwing a unit of spiffy wardancers with the left over points.
I like how the list has evolved and would like to thank SirKently and swarmofseals. Now i just cant wait to get this bad boy into action.

I think sirkently is pretty much spot on. While I don't mind the two banners, I see his point. I also hate the scouts. They're so inefficient. I'd just boost up your waywatcher unit or use the points elsewhere.
Ditto on the noble with spear of twilight, although the spear can be decent against some armies... just not great for mage hunting. A great weapon will splatter mages just as easily and save you points for a different item.
Honestly I'm not a huge fan of the HoDA on a highborn especially when it could just as easily go on your alter... but it's really not such a bad thing =)

Looks better! Don't forget to put light armor on your highborn though. Also, if you just forgot to list the LA but factored in the points value you can drop a glade guard musician to go up another waywatcher. Otherwise, you can drop both musicians to get the light armor and go up a waywatcher... probably worth it, but a minor change.
Nice list there now. One change I would suggest is to drop a unit of dryads for a unit of 7 wardancers. With the points you have left over, dropping the two musicians on the glade guard should give you the points.
I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
