What kind of feedback are you looking for here?

I think the two clearest changes are to break the wardancers into two units (one of 8 and one of 7), give the wardancer unit that will have your general in it a champion, and scrap the eternal guard entirely.

Personally, I think that 7-8 models is the ideal size for a wardancer unit. Any more than that and you'll have models filling up rear ranks and not giving you any benefit. It's much better to maneuver around an opponent and hit it with two smaller units from different sides and get all your models into combat than to just hit it from one side and have half your guys sitting around doing nothing.

Eternal guard are pretty much terrible unless they have a noble in them making them stubborn, which you won't have in this army. Even with a noble they are only really good in very particular builds, which this doesn't appear to be one of.

What to spend the 150 points on, however, is a bit of a question. You could always get more glade guard or a unit of glade riders, or you could trim a bit more elsewhere and make room for a unit of 6 wild riders. Alternately, you could take another dryad unit and a great eagle. I think all of these options would be superior to the eternal guard.

Does your noble go in with the wardancers?

Why then are you taking Eternal guard? They are not stubborn unless joined by a noble. One good idea at this level, give them the warbanner, a back rank, and turn your wardancer into a dude with the Amber Pendant and Great Weapon (can't take wardancer kin with this combo, but in combat it's just as good, and cheaper). You'll get a fairly good anvil like that. The back rank is so they can soak up casualties w/o losing attacks.

Another option might be to take Wild Riders instead of Eternal guard, you could use some more speed in this list. Given the options, I'd do that and then just split your War Dancers. The Amber Pendant is a good trick for that unit too.

Either way, split or drop those dancers.

Also, you need to have a Highborn lead your list if you want to have Eternal Guards in core.

Everyone else has hit all the points for you.

Drop the nobles kindred, get rid of the eternal guard, and split the wardancers.

Add in either a scroll caddy, or another unit of some kind.

    Good luck,

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.
