This is my first wood elf list and i've always liked the idea of doing an all mounted fast cavalry army. My question, will it work?
Spell Wever, deepwood sphere, callingors stave, elven steed=318
Spell singer, lv 2, elven steed=137Spell singer, 2 dispel scrolls, lv 2, elven steed=187
Spell singer, 2 dispel scrolls, lv 2, elven steed=187
5 glade riders, musician=129
5 glade riders, musician=1295 glade riders, musician=129
5 wild riders, standard=150
6 wild riders, command, war banner=217
6 wild riders, command=192
3 warhawk riders=120
Bear in mind I am not under the illusion that i'm going to hold any sort of line but with my magic defence fairly solid and shooting being fairly minimal in todays meta game together with the fact that my army will only be fighting a small amount of the opponents army at a time. So does that compinsate for having 40 t3 models for 2k?

You might want to reformat your post beacause the one big block of text is hard to read.
An all fast cavalry list will give you the freedom to pick your battles, it will be more of a point denial game for you I think. You might want to consider taking a wild rider character or two instead of 4 casters, it is a bit much and you might not have enough units to put all the casters in since they can only join the glade riders.
i might try using a dragon instead
your highborn is mounted so it fits the theme and you have a nasty beast that will draw attention for your willdriders to scoot in and wreck
yu dont have enough core choices
