The total comes to 2244. The Alter and the WW characters run solo, and each of the others take a unit of 11 GG. All the GG will be either 5x2 or 6x2. The plan is to do what wood elves do, and out maneuver them and pepper them with shots. Eagles/Alter/WW go for Warmachines. What do you think?

Note: the following advice is based on my current knowledge of the new rules. It may be wrong.

You might want to try some of the new magic items. Lots to choose from.

    Alter Highborn
    Light Armor, Shield
Sword of Quarrel (New item, +2 attacks)
    Bow of Loren
    Arcane Bodkins
(This build gets 7 BS6 shots that ignore armor!)
The sword won't add to your bow attacks as it doesn't change your profile. So that would be 5 shots. I would drop the sword in that case. Maybe get a ward save.

    Heroes (20.86%)

    Spellsinger
    Level 2 Wizard
    Blight of Terrors
Terror doesn't have a bubble anymore, and you really don't want this gal in combat, so switch out the blight.

    Way Watcher Noble
    Light Armor, Shield
    Pageant of Shrikes
    Hunter's Talon
    Waywatchers can't wear armour.

    Noble
    Light Armor, Shield
    Hail of Doom Arrow
    Luminescents
You are slightly over the magic points allowance, assuming that is still staying.

You might need to put in some standards if that is what is needed to capture objectives. Also, a unit of glade riders might be good for baiting still.

Lots of shooting. May want to get the banner of springtide somewhere and combine a couple units into one that goes 10x2.

    Looks interesting,

I am right 94% of the time, why worry about the other 3%.

I was looking at them, mind you in german which I don't speak, and none of the caster one appealed to me.

Hrm, missed that, which is probably why no one took the other sword that adds to attacks. I was thinking about throwing him on an eagle. I might give him a glamorweave and enchanted shield if I do. Otherwise maybe briarsheath instead and save points.

I completely misread this anyway. I'll move the lumis over here.

    Way Watcher Noble

    D'oh! I knew that.

You know, we just had this discussion in another thread. I should know this. Move the Lumis up.

I was thinking about standards, which is just weird to me and I also thought of GR as well.

Alright, taking into account everything, including a slight goof that didn't actually matter, here's 2250 on the dot. I think It looks solid.

The one thing I would add is that with the death of the scroll caddy, I think the wand of wych elm will be a must have on a level 4 spellweaver. But then I always thought that in 7th as well.

I really wanted to, but my Lords choices are teetering on the edge. It's techincally 25.02% right now. I'm mostly playing dwarfs right now, so I wasn't to concerned. Also, there's a standard that costs 10 points and gives the unit flaming attacks, which I'm going to do instead of the 6+ regen on the one Noble, which was me not spending 10 points on a Lord to drop the % xD

I feel like I should chime in about standards. You don't need them to capture objectives (there aren't really objectives in the same way as say 40k objectives) but you do need them in one scenario. In that scenario, you have a number of fortitude points equal to the number of standards you have (including the Battle Standard) plus 2 for your general. Each army has a breaking point of 1 per 1000 points (so 0 for 0-999, 1 for 1000-1999, 2 for 2000-2999, etc.), and if your fortitude ever hits your breaking point you lose instantly. So you want plenty of banners, but its not important what unit type they are on.
