idea: split your glade guard in small units of 10 to 12 this will help you manouver better in short range and then its just form a fireline and let those strenght 4 longbows speak. (of late i took 3 empire inner circle knights down with these guys at short range:yes: late
Also, instead of getting Lord's Bowmen, Musicians and Standard Bearers for your Glade Guard, get more Glade Guard or maybe some Glade Riders/Warhawk Riders. Apart from the Wild Riders of Kurnous, there doesn't seem to be much mobility in your army, and unless you are specifically against it, mobility is one, perhaps the most important aspect of a Wood Elf army.
I also agree with elfwarden on reducing Glade Guard numbers - the smaller, the better I say.
