This list was inspired by Wolf_Pack's "fast and furious" list. I call my "chaste and curious". It's not as mobile as his, with only two cavalry units, but three units of flyers help in that department. The eternal guard will present a target for the enemy infantry to approach, being slowed and threatened by the five long distance units. Meanwhile, the Glade Guard will be picking away with their little bows and arrows. If they advance with the EG, they can serve as flankers, much like an Empire detachment.
The dryads and wardancers can support either the cavalry, flyers, or eternal guard, or even each other. I like having over eighty models, and the combination of heroes seems potent to have only two.
I'm curious what other people think. I need a list that consistently wins games (which might happen if I stop tinkering with them  )
Wild Rider Noble with Dawnspear and Armor of the Fey.
Spellsinger, lvl 2, Dispel Scroll, Calaignor's Staff
2x10 Glade Guard
1x5 Glade Riders, mus
1x8 Wild Riders, full command, banner of faoghir
1x3 warhawk riders
1x8 wardancers, champ, mus
1x20 eternal guard, full command, war banner
2x1 great eagle
84 models at 1993 points
4 casting and 3 dispel (should I swap the staff for another scroll?)
definitly another scroll, you have little in the way of magical protection. Your list isn't too far form a standard WE list, but it add more speed with 2 great eagles instead of a 3rd caracter.
Very interesting to have so few caracter and no lord choice.
By Wild Rider Noble you meant Highborn right? ^_^
AS for thinkering I totally agree. I thought leadlbechers where a waste of points in my first 5 games, but I kept them around for another 10, and I can't live without them. Try to stick to unis for a few games, learn to use thier potential to the fullest before tossing them aside too swiftly.
I find eternal guard without a nolbe to grant them the stubborness to be risky business, but you've decided to go with 20 and a warbanner, wich makes them quite tough. I would rather have a unit of 15 with a warbanner, as 20 gets a bit heavy point wise.
I really like the look of this army. Fast anc maneuverable with a bit of sticking power if things go wrong. You could drop a wild rider to make the ranks equal, but that's my anal retentive side popping up again.
I would prefer to see a lord choice in there somewhere, perhaps even a spellweaver (is that the right name?) with the wand of wych elm. This would probably help imeasurably in your ability to stop magic.
I hope this helps
P.S. As wolf pack says, keep your units in for a while to test them out. If I cut every unit that had a bad game I wouldn't have an army left by now!!
New LOChat functions now avaliable.

My mistake, it is a wildrider highborn, not a noble. Thanks for the comments, guys. Hopefully, I can run this, or a close version, of it this Sunday.
What if I put the Highborn on a great stag, exchanged the staff for a dispel scroll on the Spellsinger, and dropped one wild rider? That'd put me at 1999 on the dot, keeping 84 models.
A great stag culd be interesting, it would bring a bit more punch to the lord's charge and in challenges also. But I am not too sure if it is worth it's 50 pts?
We'll find out if it's worth it, I hope tomorrow. My only qualms about the stag is that it has just two attacks. Then again, so does the great eagle, which costs the same amount, but the stag has better strength than the eagle.Originally Posted by Wolf_Pack
Basically, the real question is if the stag is worth dropping a whole other wild rider for, and of that I'm less sure.
I would rather an extra body in combat, expecially if you want to use that fear on the charge, and as a VC player you know that' important ^_^
I had a draw against Clan Eshin and a loss against a goblin wolf rider/chariot army. Very nasty, that second one.
Especially when they are as fast and as shooty, but have 3 times your numbers ^_^
