The list is already illegal. You have 3 special choices. The wild riders, eternal guard, and wardancers. The eternal guard only count as core choice if you have a highborn. I can't say much else about the list since i am only starting wood elves. I would ask you to drop something from your list if we were playing a 1500 pt game. That 24pt is another model.

you can have 3 specail choices in a 1500 point army, i gues id drop 2 dryads
you can have three specials at less than 2k.however when you play a 1500 point limit game, it is a 1500 point limit, 24 points is way too much. Also this list will probably do yery badly. Firsly you need to give the bsb an actual banner. Also you have hardly any magic defense (3 dispell dice) also your branchwraith is useless. Drop the eternal to 15 men, and get fullcommand. Give the bsb a warbanner and put him in, now they are ld. 9 stubborn with +3 combat res right off the bat. Also drop a wardancer to get musician on them. After you drop the wraith you cna get 8 more dryads, so that is 2 units of 10. Good Luck.
