    okay well to start you are goingt to need more Heroes than that or else they will just own your troops.

    How do you intend to protect your weaver under the new rules? It'll be tough. The glamourweave kindred adds some protection and might be worthwhile. I'm not sure how much an unsupported lvl 4 caster will accomplish on his own. It seems like a lot of points for what will probably be one successful spell per turn.

    Too many scouting units IMO. Think about where you will place them all. Oftentimes, placing even a single scouting unit behind enemy lines is tricky, much less three.

    Phew, that's a lot of points in waywatchers! I do like the high numbers for getting killing blows, but on the other hand, they may die real quick since they can now be march blocked.

    Full commands on glade guard are usually wasted points. GG die quicker than you can blink once they see combat, which makes your standards free VPs for the opponent. Use just a musician since you expect to see them flee, either intentionally or otherwise.

    I like your selection of combat units. Wild Riders and Wardancers are terrific. I'd bump up the number of wardancers by dropping a unit of scouts, adding a musician while I'm at it. Wardancers can and will flee sooner or later, so the musician is worth the points to see them rally.

    I kinda like the one-hero build. I made a HE list once just for the heck of it and it too had only a lvl 4 user and no other characters. It was interesting and allowed me to pack in a lot of points. Then again, you're passing up some great hero builds, but to flip back to the other side, I think WEs need much less hero support than some armies, like VC.
